Paris Afternoon

I’ve been a little Paris obsessed lately, I blame the combination of Paris fashion week and the first sights of spring. With bright prints, fresh flowers and baguettes on the brain (I’m not sure why I think baguettes are a spring thing?), I can’t help by pair stripes with a printed scarf for another Parisian-esuqe wannabe ensemble.

Did you know I’m a leo? The loudest and boldest of zodiac signs? I’m sure you had absolutely no idea! :] … well I’m proud to be a leo, and have been telling the world with my Jennifer Rex Leo sign necklace (I also have her initial C necklace for my Carrie Bradshaw moments). The only thing better than one leo necklace is two, so I doubled up with a handmade Moon Metal ‘leo’  necklace as well!

// Joe Fresh Stripe Top (also here) // Vintage Paris Scarf (love this one) //
// Old Navy Distressed Patchwork Jeans (similar here) // Coach Bag // Zara Coat //
// Black button Christian Louboutin pumps // Karen Walker Sunnies //
// Jennifer Rex handmade leo zodiac necklace // Tiffany’s Ring //
Since NYFW, I did a serious closet clean, getting rid of about half of my closet! Crazy, right!? Anyways, I’ve been extremely clothing deprived until last weekend when I was able to finally hit the stores. I had a whole list of things I wanted and was planning on spending all of Saturday afternoon shopping…but luckily I stumbled into Joe Fresh first and found EVERYTHING on my list for under budget, including this stripe shirt! I basically rebuilt my wardrobe for $220. Then I popped over to Old Navy a picked up a pair of pixie pants (Amy Pohler made me do it!) and these Jeans. They’re actually supposed to be “boyfriend jeans”, but they fit me like skinny jeans…. I should probably be offended by this realization but I can’t be angry in patchwork denim!
Hoping you don’t judge me for yet another Parisian wannabe post! Check out last weeks here
P.S. so sorry for not posting earlier (I try to post Monday/Wednesday/Friday), my internet was down last night – boo time warner cable! I angrily pressed refresh for about an hour before giving up. I don’t even have cable, just internet and apple TV so I just listened to Bruno Mars and had a dance party with Waffles until I fell into ‘Gorilla’-induced coma. What would we do without internet? Apparently party with our pooches in pink satin pajamas!
