Its no secret that I love wearing cotton clothes for so many reasons: I sweat (a lot) and cotton is the most breathable fabric, I’m hard on my clothes and cotton keeps clean & washes the best and it’s a fabric I feel like I can know and true. Why? Because its natural! Have you ever looked up what goes into your non-cotton clothes, its not so good. Where cotton is a natural fiber that grows from the ground, making it both more comfortable but also ore sustainable – other fabrics are hybrids made in factories. It’s just harder to really know what you’re wearing when you reach for these other options, so when I have a choice I choose cotton.
