Leaf Me Alone – 1 Skirt 3 Ways

IMG_4725Ohhh the power of versatility! I absolutely love being able to wear a piece again, and again in different ways – uhm score! So today I’m sharing three ways to rock this crazy cute green leaf print & sharing three ways way I am kind of sort of OBSESSED with it right now 🙂

1 – With OrangeIMG_4830
I’m kind of obsessed with green and red/orange together, I think its because it’s one of the most over looked color combos that people are afraid to wear – more on that later, but for now, look how I paired this orange tank dress with a skirt, making it a top and held it in place with a brown belt! That’s a super easy way to make the most out of your wardrobe without investing in a bunch of cute, colored tanks! Plus I always get more use out of dresses anyways. Oh and for the first reason why I love this skirt? say it with me now – POCKETS! There’s something magical about a dress or skirt with big deep pockets, its just the best!IMG_4834 IMG_4816
Skirt || Tank (its really a dress) || Wedges || Belt || Bag || Bracelet

2 – With a Cold ShoulderIMG_4735
Off the shoulder tops are all the rage right now, and I’m totally not mad about it. I loved pairing a crop top with this crazy cute midi skirt for a fun and flirty twist. I actually paired it with flat sandals, a brown bucket bag and a Panama hat during the day (see/shop the look via instagram here) and then switched into my new strap sandals (seriously the best money I have spend in a long time), ditched the hat and switched to my leopard clutch for a summer date night look. That’s actually the second reason why I love this skirt so much – it transitions from day to night, work to weekend, whatever! I actually wore the third look out during the weekend, and to work the next day with flats and a tank underneath.   IMG_4706 IMG_4681

Skirt || Top (my fav) || Heels (also my fav) || Clutch || Bracelet

3 – With Print on PrintIMG_4769
So for the third look, I doubled the trouble by pairing this skirt with the matching crop top! I love doubling up on print and pairing matching pieces together (kind of like I did in mondays post) so once I invested in the crop top, I knew I had to get the skirt too – no brainer. I chopped up the print with a bright coral clutch and kept it simple with nude heels. Like I mentioned above, I then rewore this look to work the next day with flats and a nude tank underneath to hide my tummy if I had to reach for something. Oh and the third reason I love this skirt? It’s on sale here!IMG_4792 IMG_4756
