Stripes Styling!

Hey Cuties! As you guys maybe know by now, I got to collaborate with canadiana heritage brand Hudsons Bay to reimagine their classic stripes with a fun color-me-twist! the collection is 28 pieces full of color and pattern to help you kick off your holiday cheer! So today I wanted to give you a little stripes styling session and show you how I worked some of my favorite pieces from my collection into everyday looks! here we go!

Stripes travel style!

I love two piece sets to wear when I’m working from home, traveling or just wandering the west village on weekends so I knew I had to add one to this collection! My set is a cropped drawstring hoodie (usa shop here) with thumb holes & matching sweat pants (usa here)! I’m wearing a size small in both pieces. I also layered the softest blanket coat (usa here) from my collection that is so perfect for traveling or keeping on the back of your chair at the office! Its really oversized and comes in two sizes and I’m wearing the small/medium size. I also love being handsfree when I travel so I made this convertible bag that works as a fanny pack or shoulder bag!

Casual Stripes

Keeping with the casual theme, I styled the second blanket coat (shop usa) from the collection with yellow sneakers, jeans & the collection yellow tee (usa here). This is perfect for weekend style or running errands.

Dressy Stripes

Decided to dress up one of the 4 festive tees in my collection with a red midi skirt and the red faux fur jacket (shop usa here). I love the cropped style of this jacket and the fun printed lining that gives a festive flair to any outfit! Pair it with a little black dress for a holiday party or over a white tee and jeans to jazz it up!

Weekend Cozy

Another easy weekend outfit: cozy blanket coat (shop USA here) + jeans & sneakers. We actually bought waffles a wagon because we’re now “those people” so he could show off his cute blue pom sweater (shop USA here) that also comes in red (usa here) and matches with his cozy red throw (usa here) also from the collection

Holiday Red-dy
One of my favorite parts of the collection is the opportunity to pattern mix! Plaids and stripes is a safe and easy way to dip your toe into the pattern mixing pool, especially when the colors already work so seamlessly like they do in my stripes collection! I paired this blue blanket coat (usa here) with an old blue and white sweater then layered a red belt to really define my waist and give the coat a whole new shape.

You know I love a monochromatic moment so I’m doing a super comfy holiday style with this all red look and softest red plaid scarf from the line (usa here). The scarf also comes in blue (usa here) that you could style with the blue blanket coat (usa here) for another monochrome moment.

Marigold & Emerald!

theres a lot of color in the collection, so I wanted to play to the greens & yellows in it and create this color blocked look. I’m all yellow up top with the headband, sweater & coat, then green elbow with the over the knee boots, & skirt! This fur scarf from the collection (shop usa here) really helps pull it all together for a cohesive look.

Starry-eyed

This look is something I would wear on my more casual days, a midi skirt and flat combo with this cute starry sweater (usa here). We also have this fun beret to match (usa here) so you can wear them together or apart.
