SUMMER SWIM GUIDE

HELLLOOOOO SUMMMER! For todays posts I’m giving you a MASSIVE swimwear guide full of styles that work (and don’t work) for me. I’ll also include plus size / look for less options when possible, plus styling recommendations and everything you need to get SWIM WEAR READY! So let’s do this!

ONE PIECES: I love one piece swim suits, not because they cover me up but because I’m comfortable in them. I don’t have to worry about my boobs coming out from the bottom or my bottoms falling off, so I love these styles when I’m spending a full day in swimwear or doing anything athletic. I also love that they can double as body suits under skirts or high waisted jeans. SHOP:  RAINBOW ONE PIECE – EXACT MATCH, I’m wearing size M

GO BOLD! and try a rainbow / multi colored one piece in a classic shape. Make it playful with mix matched earrings, bright accessories OR BOTH! // SHOP THHE LOOK:  mine is sold out, but shop similar below:

Off the shoulder styles are my go to for summer, because they’re so cute and again can double as body suits. I’ve worn mine with pants or skirts when my suit case got lost in Copenhagen or I ran out of clothes in Miami! //  SHOP THE LOOK:

This wrap one piece is a different style for me, but its really flattering. I usually don’t go wit something low cut like this, but having the deep V paired with the tie waist can create a hour glass shape and hide any belly pooch. I love my pooch and have become proud of mine, so hiding it isn’t a priority but wanted to share this incase it is a trouble spot for you or you want to be able top eat a big lunch without showing it. This suit is also great if you’re more boyish and looking to create the illusion of curves or breasts. //  SHOP THE LOOK

A retro-esque one piece that ties at the top like this one is also a great way to give your one piece a refresh. I like that the seam under the boobs helps me feel supported and the tie at the top can be noted or bowed to switch things up. //  SHOP SIMILAR:

I’ve always been into these retro suits with short details because they give me 50’s vibes! They’re perfect for someone who wants a little more coverage or to time travel on their beach day. //  SHOP THE LOOK:

So this knotted cut out style is pretty un flattering on me, and I knew it would be. This shape is best for someone who is smaller under the breasts or in the rib area, and I have wide ribs. It misses my smallest points and doesn’t show off my curves in a super flattering way, but I wanted top feature the piece anyways. I love that its color blocked and gives you a bikini feel while still being a one piece. I also like that it shows more skins than I’m used to. Most importantly, a swim suit should make you happy and comfortable and this one does. It doesn’t really matter if its super flattering as long as you like it you should rock it! // SHOP THE LOOK:

Everyone needs a lemon suit right? right. So I couldn’t pass on this zesty cutie. I love that it has girly details like the light lace detail and brings things in at the knotted center. It’s super low cut and not the most flattering on my boobs, but does show case a different side of my swimwear style so I thought I would give it a whirl. // SHOP THE LOOK:

I love one pieces with underwire and boning because they keep everything up and attem. Its a great way to make sure your breasts look GOOD in a one piece and stay comfortable and supported. I like that this one uses tiny little sear sucker stripes with the print and again can double as a body suit. I wore mine with similar stripe shorts after taking a dip in the sea. // SHOP THE LOOK:
